Voice in new Minions movie recorded on Cape Breton Island

Over the long weekend, you might have went to the movies.
You probably didn't realize it, but the movie you watched might have had a Cape Breton connection.
Minions: The Rise of Gru has one voice that was recorded in a Cape Breton studio.
Alan Arkin, a part-time Cape Bretoner, taped his voiceover work at Lakewind Studio in Point Aconi.
Arkin has a lead role in the movie.
His character is Wild Knuckles.

Minions: The Rise of Gru made an estimated $125 million in the United States for its four-day opening weekend, according to Universal.
