Sydney man dead in Victoria Co. crash

RCMP are investigating a fatal collision that took place on Hwy. 105 near Englishtown.

On Saturday, at 4:42 p.m., Victoria Co. District RCMP, local fire departments and EHS responded to a collision between a car and a motorcycle on Kelly's Mountain.

The driver of the motorcycle, a 53-year-old man from Sydney, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The four occupants of the car did not appear to be injured.

A collision reconstructionist attended the scene and the investigation is ongoing.

Hwy. 105 has since reopened after being closed for several hours.
