Reports say gas up 10.9 cents and diesel up 9.6

For the third time since Thursday night, it looks like gas is going up again.
The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board announced Monday the interrupter clause will be used at midnight because of significant shifts in the market prices of gasoline and diesel oil.
Reports say gas will go up almost 11 cents and diesel will increase almost 10 cents.
The change will take place at midnight.
