Over 6,400 active COVID-19 cases in Nova Scotia

The province is reporting 1,020 new cases of COVID-19.

There are 544 cases in the Central Zone, 182 cases in the Eastern Zone, 141 Northern Zone cases and 153 in the Western Zone.

There is an estimated 6,439 active cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia.

40 people are in hospital with five in ICU.

Their ages range from 26 to 98 years old, and the average age is 70.
