Freeman’s Pharmacy donates $75,000 to Inverness Hospital
A big donation from a local business.
Freeman’s Pharmacy recently made a $75,000 donation to the Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital.
ICMH Charitable Foundation Fundraising Co-ordinator, Brenda Rankin MacDonald says the money will be used to purchase medical equipment.
“Freeman’s Pharmacy has always been a community minded business and their support for the services for our patients at ICMH is just another example of their generosity.”
The owner of Freeman's Pharmacy, Martin MacKinnon says it's important to support healthcare services at home in Inverness Co.
"We are grateful to partner with the ICMH Charitable Foundation to fund new equipment for our hospital here in Inverness."
MacKinnon says they feel fortunate to be able to give back by means of this donation.
