EHS called to Port Hawkesbury school

Emergency Health Services, also known as EHS, were called to a Cape Breton school on Thursday.
Deanna Gillis, Coordinator of Communications for Strait Regional Centre for Education says the call came from Tamarac Education Centre in Port Hawkesbury.
“I can confirm that a student at Tamarac Education Centre required medical assistance while at school today. As a result, EHS was contacted and responded to the school.”
Reports say the girl fell into a desk and injure her face near the eye.
